Please Be REMINDED that our villa reservation is a "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS".
This means the first reservation to provide a Downpayment secures the slot. Downpayment is 50% of the reservation (NON-REFUNDABLE).
A security deposit of 3K (which is refundable upon check out if no damage has been done inside the property) is required.
Pets are allowed (P500 per each pet).
Max sleeping capacity is 20 guests. In excess to this will have an extra charge per head.
LPG usage is P350 per day.

Check-in time is 3PM
Check-out time is 12PM (Overnight)
(STRICLY no early check in and no late Check out.)
NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the villa/Pavillion
"You are welcome to conduct an ocular visit; you will appreciate the place more and see for yourself that our villa is legitimate. Please let us know when you plan to visit so we can schedule it and ensure it doesn't coincide with other guests."
